Do I need an appointment?
Booking ahead guarantees your spot. Walk-ins are welcome whenever a chair is open.
Which weekdays are haircuts available?
Weekday availability changes week to week. Check the booking page for open times between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, or call the front desk.
My child gets nervous about haircuts. Can you help?
Definitely. Our stylists go at your child's pace, explain each step, and take breaks when needed. Knowing the playground is waiting helps too.
How long does a cut take?
Most kids cuts take about 15 to 20 minutes, so there's plenty of time left for play.
Is play time included?
Play time is sold separately. Add it at the front desk or online when you book, and members play as usual.
