Can I watch my kids during my appointment?

Yes. Services happen in the Lookout Parents Lounge, which overlooks the play area, so you can keep an eye on the fun the whole time.

Do I need an appointment?

Booking ahead guarantees your spot. Walk-ins are welcome when a technician is available.

How long does it take?

Manicures and pedicures take about 30 to 45 minutes each. Plan on about an hour for the Mani + Pedi.

Do my kids need a play pass?

Yes. Play time is sold separately. Members play as usual, and everyone else can add play time online or at the front desk.

Is everything clean and sanitized?

Always. Tools are cleaned and sanitized between every guest.
